35-year-old Heidi is expecting her third child with her sweetheart husband Seal. They have two sons- Henry, 3 and Johan, 2. Seal is also the adoptive father of Klum's daughter, Leni, 4. Word is she is almost four-months along.
"Word of Klum's happy news apparently leaked when sketches of her in a couture gown redesigned for her growing belly had somehow posted on the internet," reports E!
